Restaurant reservations can be made by phone 01489 784420 or via online booking software, Open Table. Your reservation will be for 2 hours unless otherwise stated.

Large Bookings

Credit card details are taken for tables of 10 or more. If you fail to show up or cancel less than 48 hours in advance a charge of £10 per person will be made to the card. Pre-orders are also required for tables of 10 or more. 

Service Charge
A discrectionary 10% service charge will be added to your bill. Please ask a member of our team if you prefer to get it removed from your bill. 

Damages & Lost Property
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. 

Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before leaving. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.

Our Right To Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached. We may also cancel your reservation if an event outside of our control (including industrial action, explosion, fire, flooding, and failure of power and/or water supplies or emergency evacuation) means that we are unable to open. In this case we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to purchase on our website. All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable.
The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null and void.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
